What are the Habitation Prestige's inspection procedures?
STEP 1 - QUOTATION
We respond to your inspection requests (pre-purchase, pre-sale, expertise in hidden defects, pre-receipt of unit and / or common parts) by email or phone, with all the details: type of inspection, price .
STEP 2 - APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
We will send you an appointment confirmation email, including our certificate of insurance and the Professional Standards of Practice for Residential Building Inspection;
Then, we will add the appointment in Google Calendar
Subsequently, the Invoice is sent with Quickbook, as well as the Inspection service agreement of a mainly residential building with electronic signature EZ Sign
Customer action: Provide us by email, the Seller's Declaration, the description sheet or other inspection reports, if applicable and your electronic signature on the Service Agreement.
STEP 3 - INSPECTION
Building inspection (can vary between 2:30 to 4:30, depending on the area and the findings).
Verbal report from the inspector with the client.
Fill out the Certificate of execution of an inspection of a building (Client & Mr. Oliva) and give you the yellow copy.
Pay the invoice by INTERAC transfer, check or cash.

STEP 4 - INSPECTION REPORT
Produce the inspection report in the Vesta program and send it to you by email in pdf format within an average of 4 working days.
STEP 5 - STAY IN TOUCH for practical advice for your property and future maintenance and repair advice requests, followed by inspection references.
